Hy guys, just got a reply from my consulate on my question about any other fees to be paied in the day of my interview and I was expecting to hear that there would be no more administrative fees to be paied, I've assumed based on our comments here that all the fees have already been paied to NVC. They told me that we still have to pay U$355 regarding the petition for my immigrant visa, but I thought that this was paied over the IV fee bill directly to NVC, when we paid U$355 +U$45 totalizing the U$400. Am I wrong?? I'm really confused about this.

Any comments from you will be very muc appreciated.

Thanks

He/she is definitly wrong, you do not need to pay the $355 again. Just in case, when you go to the interview have a copy or proof of payment. Plus they should know that their case would not be complete at NVC without paying the fees.

Exactly, how come they would not know that NVC can't complete a case without the payment of this fee.

Well, I asked for further explanation on that and they replied saying that if it has been paied already we don't have to pay it again.

Thanks kalaks for your reply on this!
