Hi everyone!

I'm very much in a dilemma right now and i sure some help and some assistance form you guys. My fiance and i got engaged recently (March 28, 2008) when he visited me. Although we have known each other and fell drop-dead in love with each other for more than a year( that includes the day that we met online as friends(Sept 19,2006) and became lovers(May 1, 2007)).Now he's back at Florida and told me that he will apply for the K-1 visa. I just want to ask 2 athings...

1. Is the span years enough for filing the K-1 application?

2. What forms do i need to fill-out/accomplished of which i have to send to him as part of the requirement before he send in the K-1 application?

Please help me on this also can i ask for some examples of this forms or the statements that i need to write.

Hoping for a quick response from you guys. Thanks in advance!

God bless!!

1) Yes, you only need to have met sometime within 2 years before filing the I-129F

2) Just 3 things are needed from foreign Fiancee. A completed 4 page G-325A, Passport Photo, and a Fiancee letter of intent.
