Everyone,

I've found these forums to be a wonderful resource and I've learned a lot. Unfortunately for me, I did not discover this website until after I'd made a mistake, which is why I'm now asking for your help. I've tried to search previous topics to get an answer to my question, but with no luck. So I pose it to you.

For some reason, I thought we had to send in the I-130 and wait on it until we could submit the rest of the application for AOS. I now know otherwise, of course. So now we have the I-485 and all attendant documentation ready to go, and I'm wondering... should we resend all the I-130 stuff along with this group of paperwork (minus the check, which has been cashed)? Or should we leave out all the I-130 stuff and merely note on the cover letter that we'd sent it previously?

If anyone else has made this same mistake, or know anything about what we should do from here, I sure would appreciate hearing about. Thanks in advance.

Submit the NOA you got for the I-130 with the rest of your stuff, you'll be fine.
