POE Question

Does anyone know exactly what does the Yellow document contain??? The one that is giving to the immigration officer at the POE into the U.S.? There's an issue my fiancee got approved after sending in proof of pregnancy but this was sent in about 3 weeks ago, 2 days ago my fiancee had a miscarriage is this going to be an issue when she comes into the country?

The yellow pack contains copies of your fiance packet and another anotations that the consul put. I don't think that she will have problems to enter if she is already approved.
