haha! sa mga naglalakad na vendor P50 yan usually..

but i bought it at a store in front of SLEC..

sa lady na mejo healthy at mejo di na bata.. :whistle:

i bought 3 skyflakes then offered me the bag for P20 only.. :blush:

THANKS RIZA FOR SHARING YOUR MEDICAL AND INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE. IT'S A BIG HELP FOR ME, I WILL BE HAVING MY INTERVIEW JUNE 19TH. BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY JUNE 20TH. I JUST WANT TO ASK HOW MANY COPIES OF DS 156, DS 156K AND DS-157 FORMS THAT WILL NEED TO FILLED UP? THANKS.

DS-156 = 2 copies (there are 3 pages for this form)

DS-156K = 1 copy

DS-157= 2 copies (1 copy I have was the form validated by BPI bank)

Hello Riza,

Im Irene and i will have my interview 1st week next month,and i did mistaked on my DS 157..i filled out the form from bpi bank using black ballpen,its too late when i found out that i have to type or print it out,i admit na sobrang excited kasi ako,ok lang ba nag download ako ng ds 157 sa website and i maked it 2 copies and i type it,,kasi i know i cant replace the one from bpi and i still need to keep it and present to the US Embassy..magkaproblema kaya ako sa nagawa ko?im looking forward for ur respond..thank you and god bless

Thanks for the tips.Ask ko lng kung ok lng punta sa St.Lukes ng afternoon kahit for example ang medical is 8am???Or does the USEM give the time for the medical dun sa appointment letter???

Hi Irene, you are not doing anything wrong with DS-157 authenticated by BPI. I did the same as yours. I filled it out manually myself and didn't encounter any problem during my interview. I also deemed that it is better to fill it out than just attaching it to another DS-157 filled out online. Good luck on your interview. You'll do great :thumbs:

Hi bluemist, you can go to St. Luke's anytime regardless of the time that is found on your appointment email, except of course on the day of your interview. You should be there an hour before the schedule ;) Good luck dear, I wish you good health :thumbs:

never ka mag admit na minsan nag take ka ng drugs o may lahi kau nang may paltik ang ulo o nag attemp mag pakamatay..lahat positibo ang sagot ..kahit lasenga ..tell them never ka nag inom or smoke..wala bisyo...never nagkasakit ...or wala any sa inyong pamilya o tintirhan mong bahay ang may sakit na TB...ang last na test sa inyo ay ang physician...kaya ingat sa sagot kasi kasama dun ang psychological questions...may friend ako na umamin sa physician na gumamit siya ng shabu...life time ban siya..sana makatulong kahit kunti.
