Compiling the i-485 change of status for K1 Visa

A medical exam was performed and vaccinations given in UK in March 2008...

Do I have to go to a civil surgeon and have them verify my vaccinations and have them sign the i-693??

Should i take my x-rays that were returned at my visa interview?

Very confused, not sure why have to have another medical review?!

Any help would be great, thanks!

10/4/2007 - Petition Delivered to VSC signed for by A. Scot

10/16/2007 - Check Cashed - Receipt Number on Check - NOA1 online (no hardcopy)

10/22/2007 - Received NOA1 Hardcopy (received date reflected October 4th)

10/23/2007 - Touch

1/28/2008 - NOA2 APPROVED!

2/05/2008 - NVC RECEIVED PETITION FROM VSC

2/6 or 2/7 - NVC Shipped Documents to Consulate in London

5/30/2008 - Doctor's appt. transfer of Vaccination record to US i-693

7/11/2008 - Biometrics Appt. - Raleigh, NC

7/30/2008- Transfer Date to CSC

8/15/2008 - EAD Approved

9/10/2008 - Green Card Received in Mail

You have to go to a civil surgeon to have your vaccination records transferred into I-693a. Since you came here on K1, your medical back in UK is valid for 12 months, thus, no need to have another medical. Some CS will try to talk you into redoing your physical so you have to be firmed and explain that all you need is the supplement.
