hi everyone...i just mailed the DS-3032 choice of agent adress...could anyone help me how long do i have to wait before the process gets complete until my interview...i noticed that if the applicant is not from the philippines it takes the process faster...sometimes i think NVC is unfair...my husband filed I-130 dec.26, 2007....and it takes so long before the next step takes place...anyone who will give me advise on this would help me alot...thanks....god bless guys...

email them about yor ds3032 take about 10 days. if you mail it sometime will not enter. and if you chose mail send abroad it take roughly more than 1 month to get to you compare to 1 week in states

Status: Take 179 days to complete, because of notarize marriage certificate(RFE).

Status: Take 97 days to complete, because of the tax return and w2 (RFE),

Interview Date : 7/10/2008 interview at 7:15am (Per DOS)

8/19/2008 Going back to GUZ to get visa stamp
Visa Received : 8/22/2008
US Entry : 10/17/2008 JFK Port of Entry

Our case was 10 months from the time the I-130 was sent until the interview and approval. There was no RFE.

First trip 01-17-07

Married 02-05-07

What Service Center was filed at? Nebraska transferred to California

Provide dates for the following:

I-130 sent (Mailed)..........................3-12-07

1st NOA (Receipt Notice) .................3-29-07

2nd NOA (Approval Notice) e-mail.....6-15-07

Bill for I-864 processing fee rcd and sent..7-24-07

I-864 Packet Received......................8-18-07

I-864 Mailed to NV............................8-20-07

Bill for DS-230 received....................8-29-07

Payment for DS-230 sent..................8-30-07

DS-230 Packet received..................10-25-07

DS-230 Packet sent to NVC..............10-29-07

Case Completed..............................11-16-07

Case Forwarded to Embassy.............11-30-07

Packet recieved from NVC................12-07-07

Medical complete...............................1-04-08

Leave for Manila................................1-19-08
