Today I received e-Packet 3 from the Seoul Embassy. That's great! I didn't know they did that.

On another note... a question.

Iraqi passport holders are required to have a G-passport for US entry. My fiance has an S and has requested a G. He had a previous G passport but his name was incorrect. He requested a new one and was told it should be completed this week and mailed back within a week or so. My question is this, can I fill out the Packet 3 info with his current S passport info or do I have to wait until we have the G passport info in hand?

I wish if my husband got his G series passport that fast. He submitted for it back in December and they still haven't sent his application to Iraq. He is in some line and they will only send so many at a time to Baghdad. Luckily he is doing refugee so he will not need his passport to enter the United States or we would be waiting extra months for that passport. I don't understand what is the hold up with them.

I am so happy your process is going well otherwise with paperwork. Hopefully things will go according to the timing you have been trying for.

Married: May 28th, 2007

Arrived in the US: December 10th, 2008
