What does "touched" mean??

Good touched or Bad touched? :P

actually... when you sign up on the gov'ments web site to view status of petition, it will show when the file was "viewed", and the date updated.

That is a "touch".

If you have set up your case on the USCIS website, so that you can log in and check the status, when the last activity date changes - people refer to this as being touched. It just means something has been done on your case, the date has to be changed whenever the USCIS 'touch' your case.
