I had my interview at USEM Manila last May 16, 2007 for 7:30 schedule arrived there 6:30am

> At 7am All 7:30 K1/K3 were called to fall in line, guard asked for the appoinment letter and a valid id.

>Inside the USEM bldg, the guard will guide where to fall in line, we're given a number after forms(DS..) were checked and stamped.

>Take a seat, wait til your name be called for a guided Finger print Scanning

>Wait again, for your number will be flashed on the quee board with your assigned window number in which PRESCREENING is done.

The ff documents were asked at the Prescreening:

* Birth Cert

* NBI

* I-134 - Affidavit of support

* W2, 1040,Cert of Employment,Paystubs

* Pictures

Questions during PREscreening:

* Name of Petitioner

* When was his first visit

* How many days you were together

* Have you travelled abroad

* What were you doin in that country

* Whats your job, in what company

* Will you be willing to give up your career here.

* When and where are these pictures taken (while she flips over each pics)

after that, she told me to take a seat and wait again for the number to flash on the board

for the consuls' interview.

> MR. Consul @ window 44 is so nice, greeted me as soon as i was inside the room, that made me feel at ease. He simply flips every pages of the folder and said "your papers are great, everything is in order, you two look good together" and said while looking at our pics there" Ive been to Hkg twice last year, nice place" then he typed in the pc, stamped one page of the form, and said, "you may wait outside for your name to be called". . i immediately asked him if we are approved and he said "WEAR THAT SMILE, WELCOME TO CHICAGO".. i said in our own dialect "SALAMAT SIR"..

i was in the room for less than 3mins. He never asked any questions at all. Thanks God!!!

> Wait again for my name to be called, given a pink slip and paid Delbros P250 for visa delivery.

Bottom line here, We are thanking everyone on this site, one way or another which have helped us along the process.

SALAMAT :)
