Hello All!

We've just jumped forums so to speak, and are now in the process or are about to start the process of AOS. Ive a quick question here, as I tried the link to the form that shows that K1 visa holders are allowed to have a SSN announcement and such... I have found that there is a link in Captain Ewok's K1 Visa Flowchart for form RM 00203.500.. but that link doesnt work. I just dont want to get to the social security office after Chris and I Wed only to be told that he cant get one... grrrr hehe So any help with a link would be great!! Also, we are located in TX so if there are any restrictions that I dont know about other than that TX doesnt recognize the K1 for drivers licenses.. then please let me know. Thank you once again all!!

No need SSN to apply for AOS.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

OKay but what about getting a state id and opening bank accounts.. he will need a social security card for all of that... do we have to until we get the ead to do all of this, I thought we will need the bank account information and such for the proof for the aos application...
