Applying for AOS from Seattle

Hi all, I am applying for AOS based on my marriage. I have couple questions that I need answer to before I send my packge. I reside in Seattle so where should I file my package? is it Chicago Lockbox or somewhere else? How long do I have to wait for EAD after send my package? Should I have my husband's employment letter or just pay statement is enough? Evidence of ongoing marriage can be an apartment lease? or I should send something else( we do not have anything else). Also, I do not know how to assemble my package so if anybody has a answers to my question, please help me,, it will be appreciated. Thank you.

How long do I have to wait for EAD after send my package? Its from case to case different, i think about 3 months but im not sure.

Should I have my husband's employment letter or just pay statement is enough? employment letter, recent pay stubs, tax return from the past 3 years.

Evidence of ongoing marriage can be an apartment lease? or I should send something else( we do not have anything else). Certify copy of your marriage cert is what you need.

Also, I do not know how to assemble my package so if anybody has a answers to my question, please help me,, it will be appreciated. Thank you.

You also need to write a cover letter with a list of everything thats in the package, make sure to keep a copy of all the docs you will send.
