Hey guys, I am in the process of filing for A.o.s, while I am at it I thought I should do the I-765 as well. I am confused about question no 16 and 17. I know I fall under c9 category for k1 but I can't seem to find any info regarding the c9. I definetely know that qustion no 16 and 17 has some thing to do with c9 but again don't know what? Please help.

did you check out the sample form? i think 16 is where you indicate that you are C9 (i found information on that in the form's instructions), and i don't think 17 applies to you.

Thanks for the quick response. I just checked the example form http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-I-765.pdf and the file is corrupted so I can't open it. Any other suggestion guys?

Should I just writed c9 in qustions no 16 and leave 17 blank?

If you are answering c9 - why do you think question 17 applies to you? It specifies to answer IF you are filing c3 which you stated you are not.

17. If you entered the Eligibility Category, ©(3)©, in item 16 above, list your

degree, your employer's name as listed in E-Verfy, and your employer's EVerify

Company Identification Number or a valid E-Verify

Client Company Identification Number in the space below.
