We are still on the other side of this proccess with my Fiancees interview coming up soon.

She went in for her Medical exam. She already has her vaccinations but they said she will need

a booster shot. Will she need to go to a civil surgeon for this might it involve another Medical exam?

What evidence will she need to bring to prove she already has her vaccinations?

See if she can get a copy of her DS-3025 when she gets her medical. It will have as part of it a vaccination worksheet detailing all the vaccinations she received in-country.

If she requires a booster, or additional vaccinations for whatever reason (shortages or unavailability), she will be required to get them done by a civil surgeon when she's in the states.

The medical exam imposed by some civil surgeons appears to be ignorance on their part. K1 applicants do not require a full medical if the last medical was given in-country within one year. Calling around to different civil surgeons seems to be the solution to this problem for most people.

All that should be required to do your AOS submittal will be the I-693 vaccination supplement, detailing any booster shots or other vaccinations needed to complete the DS-3025 shortages.
