I was wondering if anyone who filed for a CR-1/IR-1 Visa recently had an interview at the London Embassy would mind sharing their experience with us and some of the questions that were asked. I've searched through forums on the topic of interview but mostly what I have found are K1 visas. We dont have the interview scheduled yet as we just now got to the NVC and got our case number and we have everything ready to go when it is asked for, we're just wondering about the interview and what might be asked.

Thanks in advance.

The questions are often more or less the same as the K-1 questions. Well mine were 'how did you meet', 'how long has my OH lived in the UK', 'why move to America'.

quite similar to the K-1 questions I believe :star:

The CR-1 interview was slightly more in-depth than our k-1 interview, though that may have been in part because we've had a K-1 before and our K-1 interview consisted of one question - how did you meet? At the CR-1 interview they did ask why we were moving to America, how we met....that's really it.
