Hello everyone ... Im really thankful that i found this site ...well at least i can interact with other people and the same time its a big help for me.....that i could relate opinions of other people on this site... I thank

God that I finally got my Visa and next week Friday i'll be flying out in U.S.A .. its another steps for me HOping that i could get more information to you guys...hope you could help me .. I just have a few questions about the AOS .. when i should file that after our marriage right? we plan to get married by first week of june ... i dont know what the first thing to do after our marriage ... I really have no idea about this things....hope someone could help me to do all this things...thank you everyone..

There's no really time limit in filing AOS as long that you comply with the requirement of getting married within 90 days upon arrival here.But I would suggest that the sooner you can file your AOS the better.Have a safe trip :)

Thank you for the advice... but were getting married by first week of june ...and maybe i am there next week saturday...so i have a lot of things to learn ...i dont even know how to drive yet... i hope i could do this... thnk you frend

You'll need the official marriage certificate in hand before filing AOS but anytime after that is fine. Sooner the better, of course.
