I have my husband and a co sponsor.

They dont have this years tax returns, just the last two years. The only problem with my husbands is that he took 3 months off to see me in the UK so his tax return, doesnt reflect his income? Will this be a problem? Are photocopies of tax returns? acceotable for the interview?

Thanks

First of all, the three most current returns would be 2005, 2006, 2007. I'm never sure if people are meaning the one due this year on April 15 (the 2007 return) when they say "this year's return." They should have just filed 2007 and have a copy. If you want official transcripts from the government for FREE, the form is here http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506t.pdf

You can fill it in online, print, sign, and either mail or fax it in. I faxed in and got the transcripts in about 4 days. They can only order 2005 and 2006. The IRS wrote me a letter saying 2007 won't be available until November of this year.

People from London K1 interviews have been saying nobody has asked to see tax returns, but your visa is different and they may be more strict.
