Hi Everyone

Is it true for a K3 visa I-134 if I don't meet the income guide lines I don't have to fill out the I-134

but I will need a co-sponsor to fill one out?

You still need to fill it out the I-134 if you have a co-sponsor.

If the consular officer wants you to supply an I-134 then you probably don't want to disagree with them. But if you don't qualify to be the sponsor, and someone else will be the sponsor, then they may not require financial information from you.

Best to be prepared with your financial package so that if they want it the visa isn't held up until you provide it.
