Hey VJ!!

I hope all is well and everyone's visa journey is going smoothly...

I'm writing a research paper on immigration, visa processing times and the likes, however, I'm writing it in relation to cultural geography...

It's a little strange...and I'm not 100% sure how I'm approaching it yet, but I have spoken to my professor, who suggested I focus on the difference in processing times. I can look at the differences between countries and try analyzing why a visa from the Middle East/North Africa takes longer than one from Europe--if that's the case, etc.,etc. ...

If anyone is willing to be interviewed via chat or email....I'd greatly appreciate your help...I don't have any questions set up yet, but I'll be back around soon. I might try posting some questions, if that's easier.

I was kinda hoping someone here could help direct me a little... Perhaps you know of some good information, sources, sites, statistics, etc....

Any help would be so so greatly appreciated!!!

Take care--I wish you all the best on your journeys!!!

::There’s a laugh in my eyes::

There’s a waltz in my walk

And it’s been such a long time

Since there was hope in my talk

If you never knew

What it is that’s new.. it’s you

‘Cause when your hands are in mine

You set a fire that everyone can see

And it’s burning away

Every bad memory

To tell you the truth

If it’s something new.. baby it’s you

It’s you in the morning

It’s you in the night

A beautiful angel came down

To light up my life

The world’s a different place

Where nothing’s too hard to say

And nothing’s too hard to do

Never too much to go through

To tell you the truth

Everything that’s new.. baby it’s you

It’s you in the morning

It’s you in the night

A beautiful angel came down

To light up my life

My life, my life

Ohh

So if I get to grow old (oh if I get to grow old)

With many years behind me (many years behind me)

There’s only one thing I want (aahh)

One thing I need beside me

For all that you are

For everything you do

For all that you’ve done

Just for showing me the truth

I am from Philippines and I belong to the K1 category. I would be willing to help you with your research for the US visa processing from my country. However, I have not competed the K1 process yet, but, I will have my interview in coming weeks. If you have questions, I can answer it to you in this thread.

Good luck on your research

I'd help if you want because I'm so close to being done with college forever and it'll give me great pleasure to know that someone else is doing homework while I'm totally not

But I don't think I'd be much use. SO is British and we're still early in the process - thoroughly uninteresting subject.

Why don't you use VJ's stats? Make a note that they're not professionally done or 100% accurate, but they are pretty dang good indicators. I think USCIS probably has a lot of stuff up too.
