With a small baby...this waiting is killing us. So she and I are considering turning our 2 week visit into the full 90 days allowed under Visa Waiver Program. I work as a consultant so I can do it from anywhere. And my oldest son is an adult so he can legally be responsible for his teenage brothers and sister. We will still have the US residence...they'll be living there. And forwarding any important mail...besides I have email notification set up. So have I forgotten anything that might effect our K3 processing? Can I go wait this out with him over there?

Have fun! I would give the world to be able to be wait this out with Niall! Let us know how things are going for ya, specially since we have the parallel timeframe :P

02/09/07-CASE COMPLETED!!!!!!

02/13/07-Case forwarded to Dublin Embassy!!!

04/26/07-Interveiw!!

04/26/07- VISA in Hand!!!!

July-2007-Niall finishes work & comes home!!!

We had delays in our journey that were not part of the immigration process, please do not use our "timeline" as an accurate guide!
