How do I know if I am in the I129F NOA1 step, is there a confirmation I receive or do I need to call them? I know they received the package on 4/18 but I haven't received any emails or phoen calls yet.

Sorry I know I've seen this info somewhere but I've read thru so much paperwork I don't remember where it was- thanks !

They will send you a letter, which is called the 1st Notice of Action. That letter will have a case number in the upper left hand corner. With this you can track your progress on the USISC. I have also heard that if you look on the back of the cancelled check it will have your case number. Unfortunately for me, the scan of my check that is online on my bank's website is of such poor quality, that I cannot read it clearly enough to find the number.

I sent mine in on 4/14 and they recieved it 4/15, but still no NOA1 as of today.

It should come in the next week of so I would think.
