I have a question about exchanging information with my fiance. If we fill out the variouse forms that require our signatures.......can we print our forms, sign them and then scan them, and send the scanned copies by email, and will the forms be validated like that?

Also i might at, this is just to avoid snail mail. Also can anyone input any advice about the filling out the addresses of the philippines, in a barungay most don't have house adresses or street addresses? when a form ask for a street address what should i put? None or N/A

I sent original forms signed to my usc for him to send with the package.

You need original signatures on the documents that ask for them.
