Well, we will see if not having newest tax returns is a problem. I did send Zen my 2005, 2006 personal and corp returns along with 2007 W-2 and 2008 current pay stubs instead. I am self empoyed.

Wow. . what a timeline!! There are some couples who filed their 129 last November and have not even received their NOA2 yet. Goodluck on the interview. Hopefully the W-2 and 2008 paystubs will cover up the lack of your 2007 ITR.

Oh! What a timeline! That fast!? You are so lucky.

hi zen_den, jom is right! what a timeline! your papers moved so FAAAAAAAAAST!!! what's your secret? maybe you could share it so that others who are still waiting at step 1 can also speed up the process. Regarding the ITR, don't worry am sure you will be approved. with the speed your papers were processed, i guess there really is no problem with your docs at all. just make sure you have paid the doc ver fee reaaaallllyyy early so you don't get stuck in that phase. Thanks everyone, Zen is at embassy now as I type.

Regarding our timeline, the main reason is got to be blind luck. Think I heard that vermont hired new bodies a while back, we must have caught that just right.

Looking at other time lines, people that filed months before us. I think that they took those newly hired people and set them working on visa's that just arrived. Rather than the other's already in the system.

If that wasn't the reason, than we owe it all to V.J. I followed every recomended detail on how to organize the packet, from post its to little plastic bags for pictures. It read like a book, including ya hoo chat pages numbered. Important chat pages, even had notes.

The evidence was overwelming but very organized, more than what VJ said was needed.

If you look at others who filed around our same time and after, it seems my organizing wasn't a factor.
