I looked it the Examples forms and didn't see one for the supplement ? 18 could someone show me what it should look like? And on my fiancee's employment do I need her check stubs or just te dates. She has not worked since we met she has been 100% dependant on me.

Well on this subject they want you to explain how we met and this is where I'm getting stuck because i met in a bar for 4 months and she was a server also worked i her Aunt shop as a seamstress and I just can't think of a way to word it.

Well for both the G-325A ask for employment and the I-129F asked how we met.

Have you contacted the US immigration attorney from the details that were posted in your earlier thread? It may very well be prudent to avoid any possible issues at the time the petition is forwarded to consulate for the interview.

There is no "the supplement".

You do a bit of a dilema with how to handle the issues of how you and your fiancee met and her employment. Legal and moral issues prevent me from discussing it too much, but I do recommend that your fiancee continue working as a seamstress for her Aunt so that you have that employment available to report in good concience.
