time frame

So the time frame would be 6 months, right? which is around 180 days?

Does the timeframe ever change? Do USCIS ever post the timeframes somewhere?

well that time frame is not like that because sometimes they do not update processing dates every month so even if you are 6 months or more they can just simply say that you are still in our processing date just because they do not change it monthly ..i hope you know what I mean ..

i mean..., you do have the date of when you received the NOA1, and that don't need to be updated.

My question is more like if they ever make the oficial timeframe shorter , or longer , based on the amount of work they've been able to do.

well sure they would like to make it longer but I do not think they would like it shorter when it comes to CSC ..VSC is a diffrent story I guess who works there knows how hard this is and do their best and many thanks to them even I am not with VSC

That and it's probably a better system.I wonder why in the world CSC wouldn't take a lesson from them, or share the petitions that they got from NSC and TSC, if that's the reason they're so slow.

yes they need to share cases with VSC from TSC and NSC otherwise this wait is gonna be forever ..
