Typographical Error on Greencard

My greencard spells my middle name wrong at the bottom. What do I have to do? Is it a complicated process?

Too bad because my name at the top is correct because there's only an initial for my middle name!

If your name was spelled correctly on the papers submitted, (surely it was) and this is purely USCIS error, you file an I-90 form, pay no fee and return the card. They'll send you a corrected one. Ours took about a month. Make sure you copy the front and back of card before maiing.

I received my Permanent Resident Card yesterday, I have notice that below my picture my name lacks a letter like this:

Carvalho Smith, Mona Lis

On the letter they sent to me my name is wrong too, it shows like this:

Carvalho Smith, Mon

I dont know if this is a error or it s because my name is lengthy and they didn t have space to write this.

What do I do? Send the card back?

And what I do with my EAD Card? send after I receive the card with my name right?

Please answer me, I need a answer before I aply for a job today in the evening.
