Police Report - Country Singapore

Hi,

My wife is trying to gather her documents. For the police report, Singapore requires document proof that immigration authority is requiring the certificate. http://www.spf.gov.sg/epc/cert_issued.htm

What does she do now? Anyone experience the same thing?

Thanks.
