Filed: K-3 Visa Country: Guyana
Timeline

Hey Guys:

I have a quick question (which I'm sure was posted here before):

My Wife has a K3 Visa. We filed for AOS and the case is pending. I'm thinking about taking a trip to weekend. Canada looks good. Will she be allowed to enter Canada with just the K3 and her passport....ALSO will she be allowed to re-enter the US?

Thanks for your help.

K3 is a multiple entry visa - she should be fine for entering USA but may not for entering Canada - she may require a visa for Canada (since she doesn't have a greencard yet). You will need to check if Guyana citizens require a visa for Canada or not. Good Luck
