Where its asks "Date and Place of Termination of Marriage" on the G-325a form. Do i just put the date, city, county and country or do they want the name of the court?

I would use -- for the part of your former spouse's birthdate you don't know. It will be good enough. I'm surprised your divorce decree doesn't show the birth dates of both parties.

It might have pushbrk. My divorce decree was posted yesterday. I know they dont put the date of birth on a divorce decree in the UK. Just date of marriage and when it ended. I will hold out to i receive it.
