hi we filed for our I-130 october 2007 then USCIS received it nove. 20, 2007 and we received NOA jan. 23, 2008..is anyone on the same boat?? its getting frustrating to wait...

Love is an unexpected thing...and when it arrives grab it with all ur heart....it may pass u jsut once.......

11.20.07 : mailed I130

01.23.08 : NOA1

04.21.08 : mailed I129F

04.22.08 : NOA1

05.14.08 : NOA2 both for I 130 and I 129F

06.26.08 : medical exam 2nd day PASSED!!

07.09.08 : interview day! PASSED! PINK SLIP!

07.15.08 : visa on hand!!!

08.01.08 : POE SFO (home with my papi!)

I believe you are still waiting for the "approval or NOA2", right? Don't worry, it will be sometime soon, there are still few who are still waiting on their NOA2s who filed back in mid of 2007.

No, i don't have visa yet, as my interview will be on 12 May.

Good luck to you, just keep reading and posting, and you will feel you are not alone in the waiting phase, a lot of us here..
