Good Morning to all:

This morning I called the NVC and they told me that they mailed my file on April 10, 2008, to the US interest section in La Havana with my new case number that begins with the letters HAV. The question is what should I do next? Should I call the US interest section in la Havana to find out if the packet arrived or is too early. Can I call and set up an appoinment for my girlfriend to pick up the packet if is ready? Will I have to buy a pin number to to this.

Cuban files what phone number or fax number should I call or fax to find out if the packet arrived and to schedule an appoinment for my fiancee to pick up packet number three.

Please advice.,

Jordin

If you are in the USA, it is much easier to call DOS Visa services to get info like consulate received, consulate mailed packet, and consulate set interview and date.

Doesn't hurt to try to call the U.S interest section in Cuba to see if they received the case here's the number again....011 53 7 833 3551. If they received your case, then you can set up appointment to have you girlfriend pick up the package. At the same time, they will give you a 800 number to call to set up an interview date. (which you have to buy a pin for). When you call the 800 number make sure you have you girlfriend passport number, and date of birth.
