hi everybody,

me and my hubby got the aos application a couple days ago, when we were checking it we found a form of a medical examination...is that mean that my hubby should go thru another blood and physical checking or wht?

anyhelp would be appreciated.

AOS time line:

March 9, 2009... EAD ordered.

March 14, 2009... Received EAD Card.

March 16, 2009... AOS approved.

March 28, 2009... Green card received.

Only a vaccination supplement (AKA I-693A) needs to be included.

You will need foreign vaccination record transfered to the supplement.

Search this VJ for "Supplement" or "I-693A" this is a very, very common subject.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

A copy of the vaccination letter/certificate from my UK doctor that I showed the medical examiner prior to the issuing of my K1 visa is what I included in the pack.
