wife name change before i -130 was approve and on NVC which name to use

Timeline

my wife change her name to my last name before the approval of i-130, now case is now at NVC, case# assigned, aos/ds3032 generated.

QUES. her last tax return 2007 shows my last name, her letter of epmloyment shows my last name, her last three paystub shows my last name, so which name to fill with affidavit of support. her ex-name in which we have on our i-130 or my last name in which she change legally with new passort? she the USC the petitioner.
