Hi everyone. I wanted to start a thread for anyone who is currently waiting for an interview date. My case was completed on 4/7/2008. I did call NVC today and they said they haven't finished assigning interview dates yet for the comming month but that I should call back next week.

i would suggest you call every friday to speak to an operator to get your interview date..i got my interview date at the end of march...so interview dates are given almost all month around...its really odd how the NVC does the scheduling...i called and told me i DID NOT intertview for may and call back in MAY...then i called back the next day and to MY SURPRISE i was scheduled for may 2nd!!! SO CALL AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK>>>DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU!!!

Is it possible that my case was completed yesterday and shipped to the Embassy today? It's hardly a coincidence that my case was completed yesterday and someone’s from Bosnia was mailed out today. I check the DHL, and there are hardly ever any cases that go to Bosnia, Sarajevo.

Interview that, embassy from Bosnia told me that the NVC is the one scheduling interviews.

I seriously doubt it. I have seen some people though get their interview dates within 10 days and then have there cases transfered. At least I am expecting to hear something from NVC next week. Everyone is saying to call on Friday so I will call on friday.
