What should I bring to USA while there I will apply for a K1.

Just fill out a G-325A, and provide a letter of intent. Also evidence of meeting in person within the past 2 years. (Get your passport stamped at he POE) and then photo copy your passport.

Are you sure he can apply fot a K-1 within the US? I didn't think that was possible at all.

Can apply for one while visiting in the USA, just dont overstay the visit, and will need to interview back in Canada.

FAQ: 3.15)...Can I, while my fiancee will apply for a I-129F package, be with her in the US ? So we can stay together while the application is being processed or do I have to go to back home again ?
