I SEND FOR MY HUSBAND I-130 ON SEPTEMBAR 12 AND THEY GOT SEPTEMBAR 24,THAN I GOT NOA1 8 JANUARY AND ON THAT PAPER SAY HANUARY 04 I DON'T KNOW WHER I BELOW TO SEPTEMBAR OR JANUARY AND DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS WITH VERMONT CENTER,SOMEBODY YOU APPLY AFTER ME OCT OR NOVE,THEY GOT NOA2 I AM HAPPY FOR THEM BUT WHERE IS THE RULES,THAT IS MEAN WE ARE LUCKY OR NOT

It depends on the kind of petition. They might be processing petitions for K1s and K3s faster than for CR1/IR1s.

05/03/07 - NOA2

05/10/07 - NVC receives petition, case # assigned

08/08/07 - Case Complete

09/27/07 - Interview, visa granted

10/02/07 - POE

11/16/07 - Received green card and Welcome to America letter in the mail

Removing Conditions

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview

Vermont is where we filed for K3 and beleive me we are still waiting we filed October 2007 ...i think there are a lot of I-130 and I-129F sitting on a shelf ...i guess they deal with the ones that have less paperwork regardless of date sent...It's not fair as they state on thier website they SHOULD process in date recieved order regardless of what type of Visa ...i often wonder why they hired all that extra ppl because it certainly looks like it has come to a halt in Vermont with I-130 and I-129F ...I'm sad :(

Hanging in there in the hope i see NOA2 soon
