In case anyone wants it, here is a complete list of what we sent in and obviously this is not all required, but it's what we chose to send:

Front Cover Sheet (then dividing sheets for each section inside)

I-751 Form & Check for $545

Permanent Resident card (front & back)

UK Passport

State Drivers License

2006 & 2007 tax returns

2 x 1098/1099 showing mortgage interest & savings interest

IRS Stimulus Payment form in joint names

My Social Security statement 2007

Mortgage Agreement

Property Warranty Deed

2 x different Bank Account Statements

Savings Account Statement

2 x different credit card statements

2 x life insurance policies stating beneficiaries

2 x Wills stating beneficiaries

Retirement statement showing beneficiary as me

3 x Affidavit of Support

Multi-Photo sheet with people, dates & places named

AAA & Sams Club membership cards showing joint

Record of church contributions for tax return

Dental Statement showing husband as guarantor for me

Statement from a supplier with joint names on it

Netflix membership

3 x Travel Itinerairies in joint names

4 x Misc' statements showing my home address

2 x business adverts showing us as owners

Optician reminder card to me at home address

3 x Envelopes & Greeting Cards addressed to us as a couple

That's the lot! I'll let you know how long it all takes to cash the check, NOA1 etc...

Yes exactly and not always essential, we probably don't need them with all our evidence but they were easy to get
