hello there ill just ask if we do need to send pics together with our ds230 or does the consular officer look for that just in the interview thanks again!!!!!

just at the consular. you need to send documents + 2 passport picture size 2x2

Pic from both of you only at the interview. DS230 require 2 passport style photos, dont forget to put case# and beneficiary/applicant name.

We sent pics of us and wife's family with the I-130 application and they used those at interview, but you can also take that type of pictures with you to the interview. They want at least 5 pictures of this type (with spouses family and at various locations). Also take receipts of any remittances that you've sent to show proof of relationship.

What Service Center was filed at? Nebraska transferred to California

Provide dates for the following:

I-130 sent (Mailed)..........................3-12-07

1st NOA (Receipt Notice) .................3-29-07

2nd NOA (Approval Notice) e-mail.....6-15-07

Bill for I-864 processing fee rcd and sent..7-24-07

I-864 Packet Received......................8-18-07

I-864 Mailed to NV............................8-20-07

Bill for DS-230 received....................8-29-07

Payment for DS-230 sent..................8-30-07

DS-230 Packet received..................10-25-07

DS-230 Packet sent to NVC..............10-29-07

Case Completed..............................11-16-07

Case Forwarded to Embassy.............11-30-07

Packet recieved from NVC................12-07-07

i already send 2 2x2 US passport style photos with my ds230 to my husband along with other docs..right now we are in the process of IV bill ours was generated on march 31 until now we do not have it yet..hoping to receive it sometime this week..we also send the AOS fee to the nvc and its not yet entered to their sysytem..am i correct for the photos coz im a little bit confused about it if its US or a Typical philippine passport? your reply would be a big help..thanks
