IV fee bill before receiving NVC notice

NVC's IVR system says that my IV (immigrant visa fee bill) was generated on 3/24, it has been 2 weeks I still haven't received it. Does anybody know of any techniques that would allow me to mail just the money order without NVC letter?

I don't want to delay my process but I am also very upset that I haven't received it in 2 weeks. They won't re-send it to me unless it has been 4 weeks.

Have you guys ever seen anybody's fee bill taking this long?

8/18/07 Sent in I-130

2/17/08 I-130 Approved

3/3/08 NVC assigns case #

3/10/08 Choice of agent and AOS bill generated

3/17/08 AOS bill received

3/19/08 NVC receives money order for AOS bill

3/17/08 Choice of agent email sent

3/21/08 Choice of agent confirmation email received

3/24/08 IV fee bill generated

3/26/08 AOS bill processed in the system

3/31/08 AOS I-864 generated

4/8/08 Received IV bill.

4/13/08 Mailed IV bill, overnight.

4/14/08 Received AOS packet

4/15/08 Mailed AOS, overnight.

4/21/08 AOS approved.

4/22/08 IV payment received.

4/28/08 DS-230 Generated

4/29/08 Mailed DS-230 docs, overnight mail. (James shortcuts)

5/6/08 CASE COMPLETE!

5/29/08 Interview scheduled for second week of July

8/1/08 VISA ISSUED!

8/8/08 POE, Chicago

don't try to send your ivbill before you actually receive the stub it self.

indianheart already try and it delay the case for over 1 month already

My IV bill was generate on the same day and still has not been received.

Guessing it's just a general hold up in the mail room, from what I read it usually takes at least 7 - 10 days, so it's only slightly over.

Married: 08/05/2007

I-130 sent CSC: 08/09/2007

NOA 1: 09/05/2007

NOA 2: 02/19/2008

NVC case number assigned: 03/04/2008

Case complete at NVC: 05/12/2008

Case sent to Consulate: 05/28/2008

Consulate received: 06/03/2008

Interview & Approval: 07/07/2008

Passport with Visa received: 07/11/2008

POE San Francisco: 09/15/2008
