Yeh I know :( I've been telling him for years to get off his lazy butt and get a job! He's so spoiled :( But to be honest he's tried a few different times and just never any luck, though I think maybe he's just a bit helpless like that...

We're not planning the move until close to the end of the year, so I'm hoping he'll find some sort of employment this summer. His friends who all graduated last year actually found work pretty quickly in Edinburgh, even the ones that didn't actually graduate but dropped out because of World of Warcraft addictions :D

Summer 2001 - met my Scottish boy

December 18th, 2007 - proposal in Madrid's Botanical Gardens with a duck standing behind him going 'food?'

January 18th, 2008 - I-129F sent to VSC

January 31st, 2008 - received NOA1, issued Jan. 24 :)

February 24th, 2008 - NOA2; omgwtfbbqlolz

February 29th, 2008 - NVC letter sent

i worry too! my husband has applied to many jobs in his field but hasn't been able to break through yet. trying to get a somewhat entry level engineering job seems to be tough competition...especially for a foreigner with a foreign degree! ugh!
