Hi guys,

I sent my AOS Bill to NVC in early morning on March 31 2008. It was a guaranteed delivery By noon on April 1st., according to the post office clerk. However, it was not delivered as promised. Today is the 2nd. I just checked on USPS WEBSITE aBout the status. It says: Your item arrived at the SAINT LOUIS, MO 63179 processing center at 10:59 AM on April 2, 2008 and is ready for pickup. What does that mean? Does that mean that USPS is waiting for someBody from NVC to pick up my AOS Bill? Has this happened to anyone Before. This is the first time I mailed an express item to a PO BOX. Your response is appreciated.

Hi! Did you send with a signature confirmation? If you did, the USPS will not deliver it to a po box?

Wild Guess: Processing center is the local post office "processing center".

Sunshine: Yes, this is normal language when you send express mail to a P.O. Box and not via overnight delivery (UPS or Fed Ex) where an actual individual signs for it. Don't worry -- everything is okay. Same thing happened with ours.

Thank you guys. My AOS bill was delivered late this afternoon and was signed by T. Johnson. What a relief!!
