Hey all! Just beginning to complete all the forms and gather all the required documents. Have a couple of questions about the G-325A form.

1.)about all the addresses and employment history for the past 5 years. While I was in college, I moved a lot so I can remember all of the dates except for one. I remember the month I moved out but I am having trouble remembering when I moved in. It was in 2003, I'm pretty sure it was between May-June. Do you think if I take a guess, there could be a problem later? Same with employment history, I'm not 100% sure the exact months I started and quit working at one of my jobs???

2.) my fiancee's mother has a different name currently then what shows on his I.D. in Brazil. do you think he should update his I.D. And what name should he use when it asks for his mother's name?

thanks for all your help!

A good general date will be efficient.

As for the name, I would recommend that it be fully updated. Along with that you should use the Mother's current name.
