Im confused about filling out form g325A.... Does anyone know if, as the USC petitioner, I should fill out the form and all 4 copies? Does my wife also have to fill out a seperate form g325A and all 4 copies? Does each signed page need to be notarized?

Good Morning!

If you fill out the form online here on VJ (look under downloads) just print it 4 times. 4 for you and 4 for your SO. They all have to have original signatures but not notarized.

Yes, exactly. You need one set for you (4 pages) and another set (4 pages) for your wife. You sign yours and she signs her. Don't forget to date them. You don't need to notarize.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
