Rush Limbaugh's "Operation Chaos" to prolong the Democrat's primary race, has at least two delegates for Hillary Clinton being seated as pledge delegates by the Texas Democratic party.

What if they go to the Convention in Denver? What if there is more? I bet there is. This is so much fun to watch! Better than American Idol!

I'll bet you a 6 pack that Obama's the nominee. Hillary cannot catch up to his lead at this point and currently, she only has a 10 point lead in PA. She'd need phenomenal over 20 point leads in all the remaining Primaries to even have a slim chance and everyone knows that isn't going to happen.

Gooooo Operation chaos!!

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

Senator Barack Obama
Senate Floor Speech on Public Debt

Well I don't really drink, Steven. But I would also bet on Obama. But he will not get the nomination until the brokered convention in August. The Super Delegates can vote anyway they want. They will go for Obama in the end. But the Chaos is what is the goal, not to pick the candidate.

I find it hilarious that the Tex Dem's are seating "Covert Chaos operatives". I also feel we GOP conservatives were shafted in a very similar manner with all the open primaries leading off the primary season. So our candidate was shut out.

I've got to hand it to the Republican Party for pulling together behind McCain once he was the nominee because the GOP was pretty fractured up until that point. I think (I hope) that the same thing will happen to the Democratic Party once we have a nominee. Remember, the Dems have on their side a boatload of failed policies from the current President, and a limping economy. Whether all the economic woes should be rightfully pinned on the Republicans doesn't matter...at least it hasn't historically. Then add the quagmire in Iraq. The White House going to practically be handed to the Democrats. I'm willing to bet on that.

Don't count on that Steven.

Looking ahead to the General Election in November, John McCain continues to lead both potential Democratic opponents. McCain leads Barack Obama 51% to 41% and Hillary Clinton 51% to 41% . McCain is now viewed favorably by 56% of voters nationwide and unfavorably by 41%. Obama’s reviews are 46% favorable and 52% unfavorable. For Clinton, those numbers are 44% favorable, 54% unfavorable.

If you would have asked me a while ago I would agreed. But I think the Dem's are going to have a fight on their hands.

Traditionally the American people don't like to elect a President and a Congress of the same party.

...and how many times in history has the incumbent party been elected again when the economy was in the sh!tter? I can understand the hope, but that's about all you've got. I happen to like McCain for a lot of reasons and wouldn't be too terribly disappointed if he were elected, but unfortunately for him, he's inheriting 8 years of failed policies. No amount of negative campaigning can make either Hillary or Obama look more riskier to the American public then essentially choosing to stay the course.
