omg i just had the best crunchy salad. I cut up one fennel bulb, some huge celery chunks, radishes, red peppers and onion and tossed it with a dressing made of olive oil, lemon juice and marmalade. YUM!!!!

ur making me drool dear...YUMMY!!! i am a salad freaaaaaaaaak!!! haha all my meals revolve around salads and this one sounds delicious and one i should try

whatever it takes...or how my heart breaks...i will be right here waiting for you...

I started with a different recipe and tweaked it. I have never eaten fennel bulb before but it's soooo good and sweet like candy!!!!

jamie oliver made a salad similar to that recently on his show (no marmalade though!) i <3 jamie!
