Has anyone received packet 4 in the last 5 weeks???

I would like to know what the length of time was between sending in packet 3 and receiving packet 4...

hmmm from the timeline it shows between 1 and 2 months between the time you send the packet 3 and the interview....

i wonder if thoses folks even got a packet 4...

I'm pretty sure that it took AnewKindofFeelin and his fiancee at least 10 days before they got their interview date. I've emailed Vancouver to confirm that they got my checklist and to ask if they could email me with my interview date as well so that I can make travel and medical arrangements ASAP.

You can fax back your packet3 and email them for your interview date the next day. David got his packet4 in 3 days after faxing back pckt3 but we emailed them the next day asking for the date and they emailed back same day

Wow! It's always taken 2-3 days for them to reply back to me. Hopefully I'll have something wonderful in my email inbox tomorrow!

Lindsay faxed packet 3 to Vancouver on February 26th. On March 6, I sent an e-mail to vancouverk@state.gov. They replied on March 10, stating that her interview was scheduled for March 26.

I'm not sure if she ever received the physical packet.

Thanks everybody for the info....he sent the packet in on the March 11 and he also emailed for confirmation but he has not heard anything from either one.

Hopefully we will hear something this week!!!

I'm sure you'll hear something soon. However, if you don't...remember that package 4 is just one page, a letter, telling you when your appointment is. At some point, if you don't know when your appointment is, and you don't hear back from them...I'd be sure to send another email with something eye catching on the subject line with your case number...like URGENT. If they send you an email stating your day and time of interview, and you don't received the hard copy in the mail remember to print off the email they send so you can take that to the embassy/consulate.

Have you ever received packet 4.....we still have not and we sent in three emails....all with our case number in the line and they still have not emailed

us....I am beginning to get concerned....we are on a timeline with the wedding planned for May 10....

WE tried calling but we were told they only answer questions by email....AGH!!!!!!!!

Charlene, I emailed them last Friday after I faxed the checklist and DS-230 back to them. I haven't received a response either. Although, they did take 4-5 days to respond to me the last time I emailed them as well. I think that they may only respond to emails on a certain day. They emailed me back last Friday about something I had sent to them on Monday. I'm going to wait until tomorrow and then if I haven't heard anything, email them again.

Hang in there! It's coming soon. I think that they are booking pretty quickly though so that's good! As long as you've got everything ready to go I'll bet that your May 10th wedding will go off without a hitch!
