When is the best time to call NVC for interview date?

We checked with NVC and we are so happy that they accepted the correction even without the coversheet which we still sent but I'm sure they will disregard it. My question is, I have seen the trend that they usually complete the case as soon as the RFE is submitted. If and when it's accepted and case completed, when can we call NVC to ask for the interview date? Our case is CR1 so we don't fall into the K VISA category where they call a certain toll number and schedule their own interview in US embassy- MANILA(only for Philippines). Can we call NVC and ask about the interview date right after the case is completed? Or how many days till we would know the interview date? Or the only way is to wait for packet 4? Thanks.

Timeline

It takes the NVC abotu 2-3 weeks to process all documentation before the case is completed, this is after the DS-230 has been submitted. If they complete your case before the first two weeks of the month, they will most likely give you an interview for the following month. If the complete your case after the first two weeks of the month, they will probably give you an interview for the month after.

The NVC schedules interviews with the embassies the first two weeks of each month. You should call them after this date to see if they gave you an interview. For example, for the month of March the last day they will schedule interviews is the 14th, you should call them on the 17th to find out your date.
