Hello all! I am new to forum and its very comforting to know that others are in same situation as me. Problem. I submitted I-129F packet on Feb 20, received NOA 1. After reading all the threads I realize I made a boo boo. The letter of intent from my Finace was a faxed copy in spanish. I had it translated and certified by translator but now I realize it should have been in origianl form.

Has anyone received RFE for this. I read somewhere that they made Fiance sign letter of intent at embassy also.

Any input is greatly appreciated.

They probbably will let that one slide.

In our case, my Yu photographed her's and I printed it out and sent it in with the I-129F, No RFE was ever issued, case was approved.
