When my fiancee filled out her G-325A form she put her passport number in the field that says file number . I did the same thing on my form. Can I leave it like that or do we have to fill out everything again. Thanks as always

I think that is the alien number and you can put None.

The field on the form for "File Number" is for the foreign fiancé/spouse's "A#" (Alien Registration number). If they do not know it or have never had one, leave this field blank. It is not for a passport number. (A USC will not have an "A" number.) If possible, I'd complete the form(s) again.

I can't really complete the application again because my fiancee is in Poland and I don't want to loose time and have her fill it out again and send it back to me. What will happen if I leave it like that? Will it cause a RFE?

Wouldn't cause an RFE - redo yours and leave it at that. Don't stress over it.
