hubby's "new" job called him this morning and asked him to come in for a drug test.... i am wondering if this means the background check cleared or if they are still waiting for it...

it usually is the last step before starting work sister marilyn...they don;t pay for the test...which is usually $65.00 unless they plan on hiring the person

ok wasn't sure about that..

I do know the drug test is standard practice though..

he didn't end up giving his notice last Friday..

my biceps are feeling really tight/sore. I think I need to stretch better after working out. any suggestions for good stretches for my arms?

put your arm behind your head.. like trying to touch your opposite elbow, for like 1 min, then with the other arm..

strech your arm straight, palms up, then with the other hand bend your fingers a little bit, that's a good stretch exercise too..

I swim 3 times a week. Once it gets warmer we will open our pool and I will swim every day. Dammit!

i used to swim in a kick@ss olympic pool in college... and here it's hard to find a 50m pool.. all they have is the small semi olympic which sucks, i dont like them i dont know why..

he's off work tomorrow too so I will have to try and distract him from thinking about going out and buying it. I guess I'll be walking funny on wednesday
